How long does shipping take?
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days and typically arrive within 4–8 business days. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships.
Do you offer tracking?
Yes — every order includes tracking. Once shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking link so you can follow your delivery in real time.
What is your return policy?
We offer 30-day returns for unworn items in their original condition. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, and all items must be sent to our central warehouse in Asia.
How long does it take to process a refund?
Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 3–5 business days after your return is received and approved.
My item arrived damaged — what should I do?
Please email info@marlowelabel.com within 48 hours of delivery. Our team will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
